I have been a client at Fresh for about a year now and I have nothing but positive feedback for the business. I walked in on a whim last year after having had a terrible experience getting waxed at another salon in town and Kristen reassured me that it was not a lost cause and that the botched job could be easily fixed. She did just that and I have gone back to her since. I just had my hair cut by Katie today and it looks great, and smooth as silk despite the rain. The winter Ladies Night last year was so much fun, my sister-in-law and I enjoyed sipping our wine and wandering through the free services that were provided. There was a diverse group of women there and the vibe was so good. I can't say enough for this salon.

The Fresh Salon and day spa consists of an environment that is comfortable, warm, and inviting.  The staff is professional, curtsies and respectful.

Kristen has taken care of m y skin for several years now. She is a licensed medical esthetician when personalized a skin care that works best for me. My skin looks healthy and vibrant.

Justine takes care of my hair needs. Early last summer I learned that one of the many services that the Fresh salon and day spa offers is hair extensions. I have dealt with thinning hair for years and now have an opportunity was available for me to change that. I decided to take a chance and have them put in.  Justine meticulously worked on my hair for nine hours. She paid attention to every detail as if she was working on her own hair.  She quickly made me feel at ease and I knew I had made the right decision.  I am very happy with the results.  It looks so natural that even many of the people close to me don’t know that I have extensions. 

A couple of weeks ago my aunt told me that I have never looked younger! I have to give 75% of the credit to Kristen and Justine for my younger healthier looking appearance.  I am very grateful to them for all of their hard work helping me look my best.   

Ahhhh, the only place for a massage where the experience is exactly as it should be. The quiet, the music, the aromatherapy and last but not least Nikki the massage artist. I felt like a piece of work hardened metal when I went in and came out as maleable as I could be. Thank you!

Your salon went above and beyond to satisfy a new customer with a "hair emergency!" Katie is a wonderful compliment to the profession of hair dresser!! She stayed and worked extra hours to help me out, she also was patient and kind on the phone. No one else in the North Country was so accommodating!!!! I will spread the word on your wonderful establishment! P.S. I will call Katie for a slight/touch-up that I need on my hair, poor girl she has her hands full, literally!!

For mom and I it was a short notice phone call to Fresh Salon & Day Spa, miraculously, the Spa had 2 available appointments left for that day.....the outcome of our visit was fabulous, remarkable, soothing, refreshing, relaxing, exciting and enjoyable. Wow! I'm so happy with my new hair cut! I came to Katie with long, unmanageable hair. I told her I wanted to look like a "sexy lollipop", and she delivered! My new hair style is fresh, easy to manage, and exactly what I was looking for. The salon is cozy and inviting, the staff friendly and accommodating, and Katie listened to me and delivered!
